UK Orders
Delivery within the UK is via First Class Mail.
Please allow 3 -5 days from the date of dispatch although most items do arrive within 1-2 days.
If no-one is at home to take the parcel, a card will be left asking you to contact your Royal Mail Sorting Office to arrange re-delivery. Please ensure prompt action is taken as items are kept by the sorting office for a limited time only before being sent back to the sender. In this case, delivery charges will have to be paid again before the order can be re-sent.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail. Royal Mail's delivery aims for the international services we use are as follows:
- Western Europe: 3 to 5 working days £5.00 per producta
- Rest of Europe: 4 to 10 working days £5.00 per product
- Rest of World: 7 to 14 working days £19.22 for per order
